NOTICE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS AND PUBLICATION OF UNAUDITED ANNUAL GOVERNANCE & ACCOUNTABILITY RETURN

Berinsfield Parish Council has today published the Notice of Public Rights in respect of the Annual Governance & Accountability Return (AGAR) for the financial year ending 31 March 2026.
The Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015 provide electors and interested persons with the right to inspect the Council’s accounting records and supporting documents for the year ended 31 March 2026.
The inspection period will run from 3 June 2026 to 14 July 2026, during which eligible persons may exercise their rights under the regulations.
The Notice of Public Rights, together with the relevant information, is available on the Council’s website and noticeboards.
Anyone wishing to inspect the records should contact the Clerk to the Council to make appropriate arrangements.
